  13. It was to cause a flame war, wich I ignored from the beginning
  14. but things have gotten out of hand.

  16. The amiga is slower but cheaper and has always been a stable platform
  17. for gamers and hobbyists. 
  18. I considder my A1230 50mHz 10Meg 500mbHD to be a medium machine
  19. and i get a decent performance out of it, it cost me about half
  20. the price of a medium pc though.

  22. I won't engage in interrace speed comparissons in depth, I'd rather 
  23. render my anims/play games faster but buying a pc of the same price 
  24. wouldn't do it. C&C would stagger, and lightwave would moan.

  26. At least on the amiga software is alway made with the weaker machines
  27. in mind so everything runs zippy.
